ABOUT ME

Hi! I am Deena.
I am a coach and consultant who works with athletes, coaches and organisations all over the world. I am a global citizen and have lived and worked in Ireland, UK, Spain, USA and Australia.
I currently divide my time between the UK and Europe.

I coach because I love the intersection of humans, biology and performance. Although cycling is a highly metricised sport, at the end of the day, I’m a coach because I love helping humans to do great things.

I am a highly experienced and qualified sports coach, as well as a lawyer.
Some of my qualifications include:
  • Level 3 Road and Time Trial Coach, British Cycling
  • Level 2 Track Coach, British Cycling
  • Honours Degree in Economics, Trinity College Dublin, 2009
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Law, City University London, 2011
  • Bar Professional Training Course, Kaplan Law School London, 2012
  • PRINCE 2 Project Management
