Hi! I am Deena.
I am a coach and consultant who works with athletes, coaches and organisations all over the world. I am a global citizen and have lived and worked in Ireland, UK, Spain, USA and Australia.

A prior career in law and human rights equipped me with strong advocacy and public speaking skills.

I love working with people and helping them to improve performance.
